Digital Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to online conversations and analyses data to understand customer sentiment, brand perception, and industry trends. Translate these insights into clear and actionable reports and presentations.
  • Track and analyse the performance of River's website, social media pages, and marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Manage and create easy-to-use dashboards with accurate monthly reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Deep dive on our target audiences. Analyses their behaviors, wants, needs, and mindsets to create a comprehensive customer profile.
  • Keep peers updated on the newest features and any changes social media platforms implement.

Expectations

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in executing performance and brand awareness campaigns on Meta and Google.
  • 4+ years of experience in social listening, market research, or marketing analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in utilising social listening and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, social listening platforms).
  • Experience with DCM, DV360, Tableau.
  • Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheet skills include pivot tables, V-Look Ups, and macros.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Makes complex data easy to understand.
