Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a curious and talented Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

You will work closely with inter-market departments like PR, Digital, Community, and Events to ensure alignment and a cohesive marketing experience across all channels. This work aims to foster a solid and consistent brand image.

We seek someone who goes deep and finds simple paths to implement better solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis across the Indian and international two-wheeler and outerwear landscape. Identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and unique selling propositions.
  • Create targeted campaigns for each sales funnel stage, fostering awareness at the beginning, driving conversions in the middle, and cultivating customer loyalty at the end.
  • Think outside the box and come up with creative ideas, but also be able to negotiate and execute those plans effectively.
  • Identify the optimum and underrated-and-underpriced marketing channels and allocate resources for better impact.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across different channels.
  • Identify the right collaborators for brand partnerships
  • Understand target customer segments and define buyer personas for different products.
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints and reinforce brand recall.

Expectations

  • 8–12 years of experience working in diverse industries, with at least two years in each sector.
  • Expertise in at least two: Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Community Management, or Media Buying.
  • Familiarity with startup environments.
  • Experience in launching products.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • A creative thinker who can come up with innovative ideas but is also practical and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
